今日は舞鶴からブリが来ます。
塩焼きで醤油をちょっとたらしていただきます。火を入れてちょっと経つと脂がジュワ〜ッと染み出してきて、見てるだけでおなかが鳴ります😅

写真を見るだけでも脂がブリブリとのってとっても美味しそう‼️🤤

以前働いていたスタッフが、今は舞鶴で『長谷川巳之助商店』という海産物のおみやげもの屋さんをやっていて、時々持って来てくれるのです‼️

ほんとうに美味しいので、時間のある方はちょっと寄って、ぜひ食べてみてください😉
