As part of our effort to support local businesses, we teamed up with Tony Cross of Reverie cocktails . As a manager and bartender at Southern Pines' 195 Restaurant, Tony got his first taste of creating exciting new cocktails that delighted patrons, and planted the seed for what would become Reverie. Tony dreamt up the unique idea of kegging fizzy , carbonated cocktails that could be poured on draft. He now has over 20 locations in 5 counties in NC carrying his products, and Railhouse is proud to be his newest supporter!
Stop by to try the Grapefruit Jameson Mule! Organic grapefruit blended with Reverie's small batch ginger beer plays nicely against the smoothness of Jameson Irish Whiskey.

Going up on tap tomorrow at The Mill at Puppy Creek!

Stop in Wednesday “knight"! We are tapping a keg of
Railhouse Brewery’s Knight's Golden Ale! this is an English style light ale, a style originally brewed in the1960's to compete with import lagers. This is a draft only limited release!

This Golden is light bodied with subtle fruit esters, combined with traditional biscuit crust and cracker derived malt notes This combination delivers an easy drinking but flavorful light English ale.

Scroll to the end of the photos to see the families you supported by joining us at the Musicians for Moore Hurricane Benefit. Thank you to everyone who came out that day, to the musicians and sound techs who donated their time, the generous sponsors, and to Moore Choices and Jordan Jordan Carole Cranford for creating this event with us!

On November 17, 2018 Moore Choices, Vision4Moore, Railhouse Brewery and Music by Jordan Cranford held the concert of all concerts! Our 12-hour long music marathon raised just over $11,000 to help local victims of Hurricane Florence! Raffle ticket sales, donations, beer sales and sponsorships from Fore Properties, An Old South Tradition, American Roofing & Construction LLC and many other generous local businesses put us at a total that exceeded our expectations! Thanks to all of the musicians, volunteers and attendees who made this special event such an overwhelming success. Moore Choices is so proud to have been a part of this!

On Saturday, December 8th, we presented gift cards and paintings signed by the artists to some of the families. It was so rewarding and amazing to see the smiles on their faces! A couple of the families we helped, used the money towards rent on new apartments. We are so happy that we were able to do this for our neighbors in need!

Look for Resilience IPA on tap at the Railhouse on Dec 18!

Tomorrow night! We've got some very special guests playing from 8p-11p. Stop by to see if you guessed who they are, and try a pint of one of our new small batch offerings! *hint* she came back from England recently, and he is a NC native and weekday regular at Railhouse.

Didnt make it to our Prohibition Repeal Party this past Saturday? That's ok! We still have some of our small batches that were released here at the Pub!
Riser Burn Double IPA (pictured left) is a big, bold, juicy double IPA . Featuring Mosaic and 007 hops, which provide stone fruit aromatics and rich complex citrus flavors. ABV 10% IBU 122
Capone's Private Reserve Imperial Stout (pictured center) will blow you away! Aged in a bourbon barrel from Mystic Farm and Distillery in Durham for 4 months, this big beer featured flavors of coffee and chocolate, and subtle hints of caramel, coconut and bourbon. ABV 11%
"Hey, how are ya?" NEIPA (pictured right)
Hey, how are ya is the quintessential New England greeting. Try not to say that to each pint of this tasty NEIPA. Made with El Dorado, Citra, CTZ, and Amarillo hops. ABV 6.3% IBU 45

Try them while they last!

Prohibition repeal, Railhouse style!

The speakeasy is open for business!

Happy birthday to us! This year we gave ourselves the gift of a Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout. And in keeping with the Prohibition Repeal theme of our party today, we have dubbed it CAPONE'S PRIVATE RESERVE! Aged for 4 months in a bourbon barrel from our friends at Mystic Farm and Distillery, this beer featured notes of coconut, vanilla, caramel and bourbon.it is an absolutely delicious example of the style, but caution...its 11% ABV! Available tonight in our speakeasy, and on tap in the pub next week!

[12/01/18]   It's our BIRTHDAY! And in just a few hours we kick off the celebration with our Prohibition Repeal Party. There is NO COVER OR TICKET for this event, just stop on by and enjoy the fun. The speakeasy and limited release Imperial Stout will be available in the brewery side, not the pub, so if you would like to get a taste, email manager@railhousebrewery.com for the password. This Saturday, we will be celebrating the 85th anniversary of the the Repeal on Prohibition. But our celebration is not just about the end of America's dry spell, but also a celebration of our 9th year brewing craft beer here in Aberdeen, NC.
We are so grateful to our neighbors in the community who have always contributed to our events, for the Town of Aberdeen for their advocacy of what we do, and most importantly, to all of our guests. You are the reason we have been able to stay relevant and competitive in the industry, so a big CHEERS to you all!
With you in mind, we will be modifying the direction we plan to operate within starting on Dec 1. No longer will we have guest taps available. Instead, we are committed to creating more of our own small batch offerings to fill our taps. Of course, our flagship offerings you know and love will still be here as well! We do plan to keep a cider and a sour offering available, but both of those styles will be sourced from NC cideries. At our Prohibition party, we have guests from James Creek Cider here from 6-8 to sample and talk about their local brews, so make sure you get some facetime with them!
Additionally, we will continue to serve liquor, but with a twist. The Distilled spirits scene in this state is magical, and we want to be a destination that cultivates the craft experience. From here on out, we will be featuring a number of local spirits, including H&H Hwy 9 Gin, Brothers Vigalys Krupnikas Honey Liquer, Doc Porter's Rye Whiskey, Mayberry Crystal Moon Sorghum Moonshine, TOPO Organic Spiced Rum, and Boots Troop Strength Vodka. Swing by to see what cocktails our bartenders have cooked up for you with these new beverages!
So come raise a glass with us on Saturday, and celebrate another year of good times and great beer at the Railhouse! Festivities begin at 6p!

[11/26/18]   Just a reminder, we will be closed Today Monday 11/26 for a private event. See ya'll Tuesday!
