Fishing, Hunting, Camping and Lodging!!! Not to mention a whole lot of Family Fun!!!
Well the last few days have been a beat down. Always fun when I get to make my first mate(Beau) run his rear off netting fish. These are good times. We needed 3 more and I told him the pontoon was his to go get them. He drove down the lake looking around and decided on a place I sure wouldn't have picked. With Dad in the back as a spectator he made a short pass and put 4 nice fish in the boat. Proud moment.
Thank you guys for staying with us! As always, enjoyed catching up with everyone! These guys are DIYers and did great! Come on out to Oahe and have some fun! The fish are up shallow and pitching jigs is great right now. We do have some openings in town for next week! Hope to see you in Akaska!
Thank you to these wonderful couples for spending time fishing with us!
Well the bite finally seems to be making a turn for the better. After a grind the last week the fish have started moving shallow. Besides some better walleyes the small mouths have fired up to.

Last week before the dang weather got crappy again Chad went out 3 different days and got his limit each time. He was out in 38 to 40 fow pitching and he also put down Lindy rigs! So hopefully, once this cold front makes it way out of here the fishing will still be pretty good! We are looking forward to an amazing spring and summer bite!
