American Oak Restaurant in Alameda will be holding a fundraising event, “Lemonade4Life”, for the Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF), from July 28th- Aug 4. During the weeklong event American Oak will be selling fresh squeezed pink lemonade and donating the proceeds to BCRF. Lemonade will be sold for a suggested donation of $5, however, additional donations may be made in the restaurant or online at https://give.bcrf.org/AOLemonade4life
This event will kick off Saturday July 28th during the Downtown Alameda Art and Wine Festival with our own lemonade stand at our restaurant at 2319 Santa Clara Ave., and continue during regular dining hours until August 4th.

American Oak is proud to be raising funds to support the mission of BCRF, to “prevent and cure breast cancer by advancing the world’s most promising research.” BCRF is the highest rated breast cancer organization in the US, having received an A+ rating from Charity Watch,(https://www.charitywatch.org/ratings-and-metrics/breast-cancer-research-foundation/117)

Thank you to all the amazing folks who came out last night to raise money for North Bay wildfire relief. The event was a rousing success. Your thoughtful participation helped us raise over $5000.00 for families affected by the ongoing wildfire emergency nearby in Napa and Sonoma! Special thanks to our friends at Crispian Bakery and Chef's Warehouse for their generous contributions to our effort, as well as our co-hosts and planners at East End who helped make all this happen. The generosity and compassion of this community never ceases to impress and humble us every time a need arises. On behalf of the entire staff and ownership of American Oak, thank you once again.

Dear friends, American Oak, along with our friends at East End, will be holding fundraisers in support of wildfire relief efforts this Wednesday, October 18th. We will be offering a $55 3 course prix-fixe 16oz ribeye steak dinner, including salad and dessert. All proceeds from these meals will benefit local relief organizations in the north bay.

In addition, we will be offering $50 1/2oz. or $100 1oz. shots of extremely rare and sought after Pappy Van Winkle 23 while it lasts. all proceeds going to the Napa Valley Community Fund and The Sonoma County Resilience Fund.
