Neighborhood Restaurant Group - like so many others in this incredible, tight-knit industry - has been dealt a crippling blow. We have been forced by circumstances well beyond our control to lay off over 90% of our staff, and while we found a way to pay everyone for one week, our resources have been stretched to the breaking point. After nearly three years, Tom Cardarelli will be leaving his post as Executive Chef at Vermilion this Friday. Tom has already begun working with Inti Villalobos-Coady, who will take the helm as Executive Chef upon Cardarelli's departure. Inti comes to us with a deep resume, having most recently spent five years as sous chef at Brabo, along with time in the kitchens at 2941 Restaurant and Poste Moderne Brasserie. We're excited to welcome him on board, and wish nothing but the best for Tom in his new endeavors – we are forever grateful to Chef Tom and his incredible contributions over the years!

Looking forward to beginning this new chapter with Chef Inti, and we can't wait to share his new dishes with you all in the coming months.
