Today's EPIC burger is the Alexander! We made this in honor of our summer interns acceptance into the McIntire Global Commerce graduate program and it's based on the burger that he created while he was here.

Ground lamb, harissa, feta spread, roasted cherry tomato-cucumber-red onion salad, and arugula with harissa fries and lemon aioli.

We like this one so much that we are running it on our feature list for the next 6 weeks!

First is the patty made with New Frontier Bison raised naturally in Madison Virginia and the second is the cheese which is Chapel Creamery's Bay Blue Cheese, a 100% raw milk cheese made in Easton Maryland.
