An Italian cellar is where all the finest wines, meats, and seasonings are stored, preserving their deliciousness for the day they're needed to create a meal full of flavor and passion. We've brought those flavors and that feeling of timeless taste aboveground to Pazzo Pomodoro (that's "crazy tomato" in Italian). And our concept is indeed a little crazy. Our Italian tavern-style restaurant uses seasonally fresh ingredients from our local garden to perfect our authentic Italian dishes, which range from fresh gnocchi to Roman-style saltinbocca. After you order, all that's left to do is pair your meal with a selection from our award-winning wine list, or perhaps a delicate dessert. Call us crazy, but that sounds like a recipe for success.
