Packers Boston meet at The Banshee Pub for every game, we have the NFL Sunday Ticket to catch all the action, catch us on the second floor.
Greetings Packers Boston!
I would like to first offer up my prayers to Vince Roccio on behalf of Packers Boston and the Banshee on the loss of his wife Margaret who went to see God this week after a long battle with cancer. We are thinking of you and your family every day.
The Packers play the Atlanta Falcons this week on Monday night and I hope to see a few of you at the Banshee.
Vincent and Dan discuss the latest victory over the Detroit Lions.
Hello Packers Boston
Week 2 is upon us and the Packers once again have a chance to go 2-0 in the NFC North right out of the gate with a win over the hapless Detroit Kitty Kats. Detroit blew a 3 score lead to MItch TrubINTsky last week and are beat up especially in the secondarily with injuries already. They should be primed for a beat down assuming Aaron Rodgers and the offense continue what they started last week.
I look forward to a full Banshee upstairs room this week. We had a small crowd in week 1 (about 20) but I am hoping those numbers start to go back up this week. Between Covid fears and the Minnesota game being on regular TV, we did not get the turnout we had hoped for.
We still encourage reservations but walk ins will be allowed to sit as long as there are tables open. Remember that social distancing and face coverings are still required.
Go Pack Go
Go Pack Go
The first week of the NFL season is finally upon us. Everything is set to go at the Banshee and I am looking forward to seeing everybody there for another great Packers season.
I mentioned in my previous post that reservations are required but that is no longer the case. Seating will still be limited due to Covid restrictions, but reservations are strongly recommended but not required. If you call and get a reservation, it will be valid up to one hour prior to the game. After that, it will be first come first serve for available tables upstairs.
This weeks game vs the Vikings is a 1:00 pm EST start so if you have reservations, you need to be there by 12:00 noon. If you arrive after that you can still be seated if there are still tables available. If you don’t have a reservation at all, you can still join us at the Banshee on a first come first serve basis.
I am looking forward to another strong Super Bowl run from the Packers and a lot of Green and Gold at the Banshee!
Go Pack Go!
Greetings Packers Boston
I know that many of you are wondering what is going to happen at the Banshee with all of this COVID-19 stuff happening. Don’t worry, we will still be able to get our Packers Boston fix, but we wil just have to do things a little different.
Until restrictions are lifted, we will not be able to have a standing room only crowd in the upstairs room anymore at the Banshee. Everyone will need to be assigned to a table to accommodate social distancing which means everyone will need to have a reservation. I am assuming you can get those by simply calling the Banshee during the week prior to the game to reserve your table. I will post differently if that does not work.
Obviously, face covering will be required.
Greetings Packers Boston Fans and a big THANK YOU!!! The GoFundMe campaign for The Banshee staff went over the goal of $5000 and now stands at almost $7500! You guys are the best!!! Now, I know what some of you are thinking, "But Vincent, I forgot to donate." FEAR NOT! The campaign is still open for a couple days. So here's my question. Wouldn't it be great if Packers Boston fans put this campaign over the top at $10,000? I mean, think about it. There's a lot of staff, and social isolation is going to continue for a long time. Also, keep in mind that your stimulus check will be arriving soon! So take a moment today and give the $10 you would have given in a tip during the NFL Draft anyway. Thanks you guys, and GO PACK GO!

Greetings Packers Fans. I know we are trying our best to stay at home and shelter in place. That creates content needs. Fortunately, the Green Bay Packers have stepped in to fill that need. If you know the history of the Green Bay Packers, you know they have a history of innovating. Well, their communications department lives up to that legacy. In fact, the Packers communication department has produced an 8 part documentary series called "Legacy". It covers every decade from the founding of the team in 1919 through the return to Packer glory in the 1990s. It is, in a word, outstanding. The series is available on Roku, AppleTV, and Amazon Firestick, by subscribing to the "Packers Channel," which is free. I highly recommend it. Anyone who can watch the 1960s and 1970s episodes and NOT shed a tear, has a heart of stone. And stay tuned to us. We're hoping to be able to make a few announcements in the not distant future.
Yes Packers fans, it's the final video of season 2019. Watch Dan and Vince recap the NFC Championship Game, discuss the future--and the schedule for future videos--and a quick review of the upcoming Superbowl.

ATTENTION PACKERS BOSTON!!!
We are anticipating a large crowd for this first playoff game against the Seattle Seahawks at the Banshee. I was just informed by Ray the owner, that the upstairs room will be open by 4 PM ahead of the 6:40 PM start time for the game. I would suggest that if you want a seat in the upstairs room home to Packers Boston you should probably get there at least two hours ahead of game time. Let’s get there early to cheer on the mighty Green Bay Packers!
GO PACK GO!!!
