No better shape than wrestling shape.
As football is coming to an end, wrestling will be starting soon.
This is a good article on Why Kids Should Wrestle.
belviderewrestling.com Wrestling is one of the most unique sports on the planet. It is definitely not the most popular sport, but that is changing as more and more people become aware of the incredible benefits that a career in wrestling can provide.
We could use some help with this fundraiser. While getting hit with paintballs does not sound like fun it is one of the best ways to raise funds for our kids in just a few hours.
❗️Calling all willing and able Parents❗️

This is a great letter to wrestling from Mr. Cruz.
“What makes wrestling so unique is the fact that you walk into the circle with another warrior for seven minutes to see who the better warrior is. You shake hands out of respect and then you go to battle. That’s a lesson in life.”
Lehigh Wrestling's Darian Cruz writes a letter to the sport of wrestling.
If you are not putting in the time your competition is.
